Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Customer Service: Providing exceptional support to clients via phone, email, or chat, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Standing Orders: Setting up initial standing orders for customers, maintaining existing orders, and making necessary adjustments as needed.
- Exception Processing: Processing exceptions into the Case module, creating credit memos, filing freight claims, and reshipping items as required.
- Freight Claims: Processing freight claims, resolving disputes with carriers, and filing claim paperwork.
- Compliance: Adhering to arenaflex's Core Values and Purpose, attending scheduled meetings, and following all safety guidelines and policies.
Essential Qualifications
* Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a relationship-building customer service environment, preferably in a tangible goods industry.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze issues, identify solutions, and implement effective resolutions.
- Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
* ERP Experience: Experience with ERP systems such as Epicor.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
