Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for crafting exceptional travel experiences for our clients. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Researching, creating, and executing exceptional itineraries catering to client preferences
- Reviewing individual needs and wants to tailor trips specifically designed to meet their requirements
- Participating in ongoing training to earn and maintain travel certification
- Attending webinars with vendors and suppliers to specialize in specific destinations
- Acting as an ambassador for our brand and collaborating with team members
- Providing suggested budgets for clients and planning trips within budget constraints
- Creating promotional materials for effective marketing
- Staying updated on changes within the tourism industry, including travel restrictions
- Promptly responding to all travel inquiries and effectively managing time when researching trips
- Handling issues that may arise during bookings or travel for clients
- Maintaining up-to-date information within our software
- Networking with tour operators for potential package offerings to clients
- Participating in Familiarization (FAM) trips when possible
Essential Qualifications
To succeed as a Customer Support Representative, you'll need:
- To be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the US
- Fluency in English is required
- Effective communication skills with a strong sales background as a plus
