Job Summary
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the face of our clients' brands, providing professional customer care services through various integrated platforms. You will act as a liaison, providing product and service information, resolving customer complaints, and gathering valuable feedback to help us improve our services. Responsibilities
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
* Managing large amounts of incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner

* Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools
* Meeting personal and customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
* Handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and following up to ensure resolution
* Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents
* Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
* Taking the extra mile to engage customers and provide exceptional service
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
* Excellent customer service abilities, with a track record of over-achieving quota
* Good phone etiquette and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different types of characters
* Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
* Customer orientation and ability to respond to different types of customers
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
* Proficient in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers
* Strong data entry skills and computer skills
* Experience with outbound calling and sales and upselling experience preferred
* Multilingual or bilingual proficiency is a plus, with Spanish language proficiency advantageous
* At least 18 years old, with a high school diploma or GED
* Authorized to work in the United States, with a US resident status (any state except CA, CO, CT, MA, MD, NY, OR, WA, or WI)
