Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for handling high volumes of incoming calls, identifying and evaluating customer needs, and delivering accurate and comprehensive information to ensure customer satisfaction. You'll build sustainable relationships with our clients, manage complaints, and provide solutions and options to secure resolution. You'll also keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents, all while following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Responsibilities

* Handle high amounts of incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

  • Identify and evaluate customer needs to deliver satisfaction and build sustainable relationships
  • Provide accurate, valid, and comprehensive information by using the right methods and tools
  • Manage complaints, provide proper solutions and options, and follow up to secure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Go the extra mile to engage customers and exceed their expectations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services

Requirements

* Some proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative is preferred

  • Strong phone administration skills and active listening capabilities
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work nights and some weekends (4 days/week with rotating Saturdays or 3pm-11pm CST M-F with rotating Saturdays)
  • 1pm-11pm CST, 4 days/week with rotating Saturdays or 3pm-11pm CST M-F with rotating Saturdays
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in the solar energy industry or a related field

  • Knowledge of Apple ecosystem and software (iOS, macOS, iWork, etc.)
  • Experience working with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
