About the Role
As an IT Operations Analyst at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our web and cloud applications. You will be responsible for identifying and resolving technical issues, analyzing data to inform business decisions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
* Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure IT service delivery and quality.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop recommendations to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with IT teams to resolve technical issues and implement process improvements.
- Develop and maintain documentation to ensure knowledge sharing and consistency across teams.
- Participate in regular meetings with stakeholders to discuss IT service delivery and quality.
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve IT service delivery and quality.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure arenaflex remains competitive.
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in IT operations, with a focus on web and cloud applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with IT service management tools and technologies, such as ServiceNow.
- Strong understanding of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) principles and practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with cloud-based applications and platforms, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure.
- Knowledge of agile development methodologies and practices.
- Experience with data analytics and business intelligence tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Certification in ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) or related field.
