Job Responsibilities:

Telephone Support:
Provide professional, caring, and responsive telephone support to customers, ensuring their questions are answered completely and their issues are resolved. Log all contacts, including information and resolution achieved, in the appropriate ticketing system.
E-mail & Chat Support:
Respond to and complete all assigned e-mail and chat messages, addressing customer questions and issues in a timely and effective manner. Properly enter customer information and resolution in the ticketing system.
Skill Improvement:
Continuously strive to improve your cognitive and customer service skills, including proficiency with supported products, problem-solving ability, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Stay up-to-date with support resources provided by the contact center and its clients.
Communication:
Provide feedback on support issues, resolutions, or suggestions to your immediate supervisor or department manager. Share trends, issues, and solutions with supervisors and management to ensure continuous improvement.
Support Coworkers:
Offer procedural advice and assistance to other representatives to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Client Relationships:
Foster and maintain positive working relationships with support clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
Adherence to Policies:
Provide all support functions within the guidelines of the contact center and client policies and procedures, maintaining departmental productivity standards while ensuring accuracy in the ticketing system.
