Job Summary

As a Remote Outbound Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for conducting high-volume outbound calls to current members, gathering feedback through surveys, and providing support to address their concerns and needs. You'll be an integral part of our White Glove outreach campaign, utilizing our advanced analytics to identify high-risk members and offer personalized assistance. Your exceptional communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities will make a significant impact on our members' lives.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct high-volume outbound calls to current members, gathering feedback through surveys and addressing their concerns and needs

  • Utilize advanced analytics to identify high-risk members and offer personalized assistance through our White Glove outreach campaign
  • Provide support to address members' needs related to:

+ Access to care + Care coordination + Access to medication + Social determinants of health (SDoH)

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with members, ensuring their needs are met and concerns are addressed
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless support to members
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and arenaflex's policies and procedures

Essential Qualifications

* 1 year of recent call center/customer support experience

  • Healthcare and/or outbound call center experience is a plus
  • Proven reliability and good attendance
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • High School Diploma or GED

MUST HAVE A DEDICATED QUIET AREA

All calls are recorded and agents will be terminated if a caller hears anyone in the background

  • HIGH-SPEED Internet – Must be able to hardwire as well if needed

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Familiarity with healthcare industry terminology and concepts
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance metrics
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
