Job Description
As a Supervisor of Customer Service with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Leading a Team of Customer Service Representatives: Supervise and mentor a team of customer service representatives to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide exceptional support to our customers.
- Ensuring Customer Inquiries are Handled Promptly and Efficiently: Oversee daily operations to ensure that customer inquiries are handled promptly and efficiently, and that our customers receive the support they need.
- Monitoring Team Performance and Providing Regular Feedback: Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to team members to help them improve their skills and knowledge.
- Developing and Implementing Customer Service Procedures and Policies: Develop and implement customer service procedures and policies to enhance customer satisfaction and improve team performance.
- Handling Escalated Customer Issues and Providing Resolutions: Handle escalated customer issues and provide resolutions to ensure that our customers receive the support they need.
- Collaborating with Other Departments to Improve Customer Experience: Collaborate with other departments to improve customer experience and ensure that our customers receive a seamless and consistent experience across all touchpoints.
- Preparing and Presenting Reports on Team Performance and Customer Feedback: Prepare and present reports on team performance and customer feedback to help identify areas for improvement and track progress.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Proven Experience as a Customer Service Supervisor or Similar Leadership Role: A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Customer Service Supervisor or in a similar leadership role, with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members, customers, and other stakeholders.
- Strong Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong problem-solving abilities, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
