Your Life as a Customer Service Representative / Dispatch
As a Customer Service Representative / Dispatch, you'll be responsible for managing large amounts of incoming calls, assessing customer needs, and dispatching technicians. Your strong customer service skills will be put to the test as you foster strong working relationships with customers through open and transparent communication. You'll maintain composure when handling customer complaints, work hard to provide solutions and alternatives, and follow up to ensure resolutions were effective. In addition to providing exceptional customer service, you'll complete administrative tasks such as:
* Keeping records of customer interactions
* Ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate
* Keeping all customer account documents filed correctly
* Following all communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
* Taking the extra mile to engage customers
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A completed high school diploma
* Prior experience in customer support or client services
* Excellent dispatching skills
* Above-average phone handling and active listening skills
* Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
* A background check and drug screen
Schedule
As a Customer Service Representative / Dispatch, you'll work a standard 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday, with some weekends as needed. You'll enjoy a competitive hourly pay rate of $12 - $14/hour, plus performance bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package.
Experience

A valid driver's license is required for this role.
