About the Role

We're looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a 3+ months contract opportunity with long-term potential. As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into electronic formats, working with a variety of data entry devices and software applications. Your primary focus will be on analyzing plant maps, deciphering data, and entering relevant information into our systems.

Key Responsibilities

* Operate data entry devices to input lists, records, or other data points into electronic formats

• Analyze plant maps, decipher data, and enter relevant information into our systems
• Work with a variety of data entry devices and software applications, including Skils-Data, Transcript, and Excel
• Collaborate with customers to ensure accurate and efficient data entry
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, adhering to arenaflex's high standards of quality and integrity
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management

Requirements and Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; 8+ years of experience in data entry or a related field preferred

• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to accurately analyze data and make informed decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
• Proficiency in commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the data entry field
• Ability to work under immediate supervision, with minimal independent judgment required
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a focus on quality and precision
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working with plant maps and deciphering data

• Familiarity with data entry software applications, including Skils-Data, Transcript, and Excel
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision required
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently
