Job Summary
As a Customer Experience Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and building long-term relationships with our clients. You'll work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication, efficient issue resolution, and a high level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
* Manage large volumes of incoming phone calls and outbound return calls with accuracy and efficiency
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and build sustainable relationships
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods and tools
- Meet personal and customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and alternatives within time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers and exceed all company standard KPIs
Requirements
Basic Position Requirements
* Previous Call Center Experience
- Proven sales and customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent
Education and Experience
* Strong knowledge of computer systems and software
- Excellent ability to multi-task through systems and applications, accessing multiple screens and tabs
- Knowledge in the service industry is a plus, but not required
- Be able to type 40 WPM
Working Conditions
* Must be able to work in a quiet remote environment
- Sit for long periods of time in front of a computer
- Have high-speed internet and a computer available with ethernet capability
- Must be able to work various shifts
- We are open 7 days a week, with each team member getting 2 days off a week
- Schedules are built out based on the business need
- The job environment is fast-paced and results-oriented
