Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Live Chat Agent to join our team. As a Live Chat Agent, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through our live chat system. Your main goal will be to assist clients with their inquiries, resolve any issues they may have, and ensure their overall satisfaction. Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Engaging with clients in real-time through our live chat system, responding promptly and accurately to client inquiries and providing solutions
  • Addressing customer complaints, issues, and concerns with professionalism and empathy, communicating with clients to gather necessary information and ensure all needs are met
  • Escalating complex cases to the appropriate team members for further assistance
  • Maintaining detailed and accurate records of all client interactions
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve the live chat experience
  • Providing exceptional customer support, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction

Requirements

To be successful as a Live Chat Agent at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Previous experience in a customer service or live chat support role
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and handle several chat conversations simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficiency in using live chat software and CRM systems
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging customer situations
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred

  • Previous experience in a customer service or live chat support role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
