About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a CS Rep, you will play a critical role in providing top-notch support to our financial institution clients, ensuring their needs are met, and their issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner. You will be the face of arenaflex, representing our brand and values to our clients, and helping to shape the future of our products and services.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling calls from financial institutions in a friendly, resolution-oriented manner, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that clients are satisfied with the support they receive.
  • Working help desk tickets by responding quickly, prioritizing issues, developing and employing workarounds to immediately solve user problems, and communicating resolution to affected users.
  • Spotting trends among tickets to identify the root cause of issues and working with internal staff and vendors to get resolution for the customer.
  • Collaborating with the Product, QA, and Development teams to ensure larger, underlying issues are addressed in a timely manner corresponding to their priority level.
  • Working with the Product team to help inform future enhancements, conveying what customers have said would improve the product, as well as an idea of priority for these enhancements.
  • Ensuring compliance with arenaflex policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Other functions as necessary.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or commensurate industry experience.
  • Experience working with customers in a support capacity, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment where constant prioritization is essential.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical issues in a clear and concise manner.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify trends and patterns in data.
  • Proficiency in using help desk software and other technical tools.
  • Ability to work in a remote environment, with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working with financial institutions, banks, or credit unions.

  • Knowledge of digital banking solutions and online banking platforms.
  • Familiarity with arenaflex products and services.
  • Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or help desk environment.
  • Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Support Professional (CSP).
