Job Summary

As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for navigating online platforms to verify nurses' credentials after they have selected the healthcare facility they would like to work with. You will then contact the nurse with a written message to confirm if their credentials are valid for that facility. Additionally, you will handle follow-up phone calls to check the status of the shift pickup. This is a full remote opportunity, and you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.

Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 1-2 years of experience in data entry or customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to navigate online platforms and software applications
