Job Responsibilities

As a Human Resources Expert, no two days are ever the same, but a typical day will likely include the following responsibilities:

• Make an inviting experience by genuinely welcoming all visitors
• See to quickly understand whether a visitor needs help or wants to connect. Follow non-verbal cues and verbal signs to tailor your approach
• Engage with visitors in a genuine way, which includes asking questions to better understand their specific needs
• Be knowledgeable about the products, items, and services available in the store, and well-defined for your area, to resolve issues for the visitor and enhance their experience
• Thank the visitor in a genuine manner and let them know we're happy they decided to shop at arenaflex
• Know the store sales objectives and patterns with the visitor and team that are affecting and driving business results
• Work with your HR leader to anticipate and address specific ability and staffing needs for every area of the business; this includes understanding visitors' requirements and ensuring the right blend of experience, offering capacities, and item excitement to deliver the right insight
• Execute purposeful recruiting efforts to assist with placing leaders in finding and recruiting talent with the right skills and experiences to best serve their visitor
• Support the training needs of your store's sales force and be a champion for continuous learning
• Be an expert resource for scheduling systems and pay practices
• Act as a door by listening to colleagues and collaborating with suitable leaders to take action on a case-by-case basis
• Follow through on all Human Resources functional and recurring programs
• Exhibit a culture of moral leadership, safety, and compliance
• Work in a safe manner consistently to help yourself and others; identify and address risks; conform to all safety strategies and best practices.
