Job Responsibilities:

As a Call Center Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling high-volume client requests, including inbound calls, visits, and messages, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Performing data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency, including entering patient and medication data into our systems
  • Utilizing arenaflex's solution information system to process new patient enrollment and handle patient medicine demands within HIPAA guidelines
  • Investigating missing data, deciphering clinical abbreviations (SIG codes), and resolving data entry-related exceptions
  • Providing support to pharmacists, both in-office and remotely, and recognizing and conveying issues to senior-level staff as necessary
  • Acquiring a dynamic pharmacist license or accreditation within the initial 90 days and maintaining a current pharmacist license or certification

Key Skills and Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Essential level computer skills, including basic navigation, typing, and data entry
  • Essential web search skills, including opening a browser, using a search engine, bookmarking a website, and completing online forms
  • Middle-level keyboarding skills, including typing by memory and organizing reports
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards
  • 18 years old or older

Preferred Qualifications:

* At least 1 year of pharmacy experience in a retail or call center environment

  • At least 1.5 years of pharmacy experience with a state-issued license or certification by the State Board for Pharmacy or a nationally recognized certification agency
  • Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services and assessing customer satisfaction
  • Familiarity with Spanish and English
  • Advanced keyboarding skills, including typing by memory and designing reports
