Job Responsibilities:
As a Call Center Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Handling high-volume client requests, including inbound calls, visits, and messages, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Performing data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency, including entering patient and medication data into our systems
- Utilizing arenaflex's solution information system to process new patient enrollment and handle patient medicine demands within HIPAA guidelines
- Investigating missing data, deciphering clinical abbreviations (SIG codes), and resolving data entry-related exceptions
- Providing support to pharmacists, both in-office and remotely, and recognizing and conveying issues to senior-level staff as necessary
- Acquiring a dynamic pharmacist license or accreditation within the initial 90 days and maintaining a current pharmacist license or certification
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent
- Essential level computer skills, including basic navigation, typing, and data entry
- Essential web search skills, including opening a browser, using a search engine, bookmarking a website, and completing online forms
- Middle-level keyboarding skills, including typing by memory and organizing reports
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards
- 18 years old or older
Preferred Qualifications:
* At least 1 year of pharmacy experience in a retail or call center environment
- At least 1.5 years of pharmacy experience with a state-issued license or certification by the State Board for Pharmacy or a nationally recognized certification agency
- Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services and assessing customer satisfaction
- Familiarity with Spanish and English
- Advanced keyboarding skills, including typing by memory and designing reports
