Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Cultivating relationships and retaining customers through empathetic and consultative approaches
• Resolving complex customer concerns related to one or more products or services
• Uncovering customer wants, interests, and needs to effectively save the product and offer additional products and services
• Demonstrating self-sufficiency through utilizing various support tools to research and resolve complex customer issues in a virtual setting
• Utilizing virtual communication tools to engage your manager or support team for assistance
• Remaining proficient in explaining customer bills and managing billing, rate plan, and feature matters for one or more products or services
• Performing basic troubleshooting for one or more products or services
• Adhering to a set schedule, including breaks, lunches, and scheduled open time to ensure availability to answer customer calls and provide exceptional service

Work Environment and Schedule

This is a full-time position (40 working hours per week) with a flexible schedule. You'll be required to work from home, with initial training and nesting hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (approximately 3 months). After training, you'll shift to later hours, which may include Saturday and/or Sunday. You'll be expected to maintain a dedicated workspace, adhering to arenaflex's WFH standards and participating in regular workspace audits.

Qualifications and Requirements

To qualify for this WFH position, you must:

• Reside in one of the following states: SD, IL, IN, or WI
• Have verified internet service with a minimum of 18 mb download and 12 mb upload speed
• Maintain a dedicated workspace, adhering to arenaflex's WFH standards
• Be available, accessible, and accountable to work during established work schedules and shifts
• Follow technical support processes, comply with organizational security and compliance standards, and participate in regular training and performance management

Compensation and Benefits

• A starting salary of up to $41,035 per year, with the potential to earn up to $47,035 based on sales performance
