Job Summary

As a Live Chat Agent, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner. You will assist customers with their inquiries related to flight bookings, cancellations, baggage, and other travel-related concerns. Your goal is to provide timely, accurate, and friendly support while ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for resolving customer complaints and issues effectively while maintaining a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner

  • Assist customers with booking flights, making changes to existing reservations, and processing cancellations
  • Provide information on flight schedules, baggage policies, and other travel-related queries
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance customer service processes
  • Utilize live chat software and other digital communication tools to provide efficient and effective support
  • Stay up-to-date with arenaflex's policies, procedures, and products to provide accurate and informed support

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred

  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or online environment
  • Excellent written communication skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Proficient in using live chat software and other digital communication tools
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to resolve complex customer issues

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in the airline industry or a related field

  • Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
  • Familiarity with live chat software and other digital communication tools
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field

Compensation and Perks
