Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our team, working from the comfort of your own home in Texas. As a key member of our sales and customer service team, you'll be responsible for handling sales and enrollments, managing inbound and outbound calls, and identifying opportunities to boost product sales. $35,000 - $41,000 annually, depending on experience

Responsibilities
As a Sales & Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling sales and enrollments with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Managing inbound and outbound calls, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Identifying opportunities to boost product sales through upselling and cross-selling
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
- Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice to customers
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of call center or sales experience
- Residency in Texas
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in CRM software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Strong product knowledge and ability to educate customers about products
