What You'll Be Doing

As an Entry-Level Chat Support Agent, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and providing information in a friendly and professional manner
  • Assisting customers in making decisions and resolving customer complaints and issues
  • Communicating with customers through live chat software, using excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
  • Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Staying up-to-date with product and service information to provide accurate and timely responses
  • Following up on customer interactions to ensure customer satisfaction

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support through live chat software

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist customers in making decisions and provide product and service information
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Stay up-to-date with product and service information to provide accurate and timely responses
  • Follow up on customer interactions to ensure customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong customer-focused mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Reliable internet connection and device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions
  • Availability to work at least 5 hours per week, up to 40 hours per week

  • Knowledge of live chat software and customer service platforms
