About the Role

As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will play a critical role in spearheading impromptu item examination and building foundational data solutions to better understand Walmart's customers. You will support the Item Governance team of arenaflex, in extending our setup of customer-centric items by identifying and assessing new item opportunities and proposing adaptable solutions. You will have access to our vast global data, enabling you to conduct in-depth research and analysis. Your work will have a significant impact on how we make decisions and drive business growth at an extraordinary scale.

Key Responsibilities

* Tidy up and prepare data for analysis by eliminating errors, identifying exceptions, and transforming data into a format that can be examined

• Investigate data and analyze it for insights using statistical methods to test theories, identify patterns, and make predictions
• Produce Python programming languages to drive data analysis and insights
• Approach issues logically and make informed decisions based on data
• Ensure accuracy in data analysis with meticulousness and detect irregularities or errors in data
• Clearly communicate findings, both written and orally, to non-technical partners, including creating dashboards and reports that convey insights to stakeholders using tools like Power BI/Scene/Excel
• Develop solutions for business issues using data-driven approaches
• Collaborate with other developers, designers, and management leaders, understanding their needs, and providing them with significant data insights
• Determine the ethical implications of data use, storage, and analysis, particularly concerning privacy and security

* You have solid exploratory data analysis skills and the ability to create insightful, data-driven proposals and solutions

• You are knowledgeable about languages used to control data and draw insights from large data collections (SQL, Python, etc.)
• You have provided end-client support and investigation for Information Quality issues
• You have related knowledge in the retail or finance business areas
• You have Convincing, influential oral and written communication skills and can build functional relationships
• You are comfortable with shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
