Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our Remote Customer Service team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries, providing information about flights, handling reservations, and resolving any issues they may encounter. You will be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional service and support to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries via phone, email, and chat

  • Assist customers with flight reservations, cancellations, and changes
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Educate customers on arenaflex's policies, procedures, and services
  • Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with other teams to enhance the customer experience
  • Work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and quality standards

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred

  • Proven experience in customer service, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software
