Job Type and Working Hours

This is a full-time position, and you will be required to work Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM (EST). As a Remote Customer Service Associate, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Associate, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone calls in a timely and accurate manner
  • Resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Providing detailed product information to customers, including features, benefits, and usage instructions
  • Assisting customers with order tracking and status updates, ensuring that they are informed and up-to-date on their purchases

Job Requirements

To be successful as a Remote Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

Basic Educational Requirements

To be eligible for this role, you will need to possess a high school diploma or equivalent. An Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required.
