Job Summary

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for executing medical services methodologies and driving patient well-being results. You'll execute patient intervention pharmacy programs, ensuring consistency of clinical pharmacy services, and drive pharmacy financial performance by executing pharmacy projects to boost reimbursements while improving patient well-being results. You'll also cultivate strong relationships with clinical networks in assigned regions and serve as a representative and contact for the organization.

Key Responsibilities

* Carry out direct patient care programs, including but not limited to, Drug Treatment Management programs, Vaccination Services, and Payer and Pharma Adherence and Clinical Projects.

  • Drive the execution of various strategies and tasks to ensure business needs are being met.
  • Drive consistency and continuous quality improvement in the delivery of clinical pharmacy patient care and services by analyzing, assessing, and re-planning processes; monitoring and examining results; and executing changes.
  • Ensure regional pharmacies comply with regulatory compliance, standard operating systems, and FDA guidelines.
  • Drive local pharmacy financial performance by adjusting business systems to the organization's financial objectives.
  • Carry out and execute patient intervention pharmacy projects to boost financial performance.
  • Uphold efforts to improve the patient experience by expanding the focus on healthcare services (e.g., patient consultations, medication administration, drug treatment reviews, and retail, clinical, or wellness services, vaccinations, disease state management, and Specialty programs).
  • Provide expertise, resources, education, and support to pharmacists and field initiatives.
  • Uphold staff training experiences and advancement opportunities.
  • Advances cooperation and spurs pharmacy staff by cultivating a shared vision and supporting organizational strategies, systems, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity.

Essential Qualifications

* Current pharmacist license as granted by the relevant state licensing authority.

  • Experience inspiring colleagues to research and resolve issues.
  • Experience working with confidential information.
  • Ability to work non-standard hours, which may include nights, holidays, or weekends.
  • Experience utilizing time management skills, such as prioritizing/scheduling and tracking details and meeting time constraints of various tasks with fluctuating completion dates.
  • Experience creating ways to achieve objectives with minimal supervision, relying on oneself to complete goals and determining when escalating issues.
  • Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services, and assessing customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the ideal time for business purposes (within state and out of state).

Preferred Qualifications

* Readiness to acquire other state pharmacy licenses if necessary.

  • Knowledge of insurance plans.
  • Knowledge of PC operating systems, including Rite Aid, Commitment, and Plus.
  • Essential level expertise in Microsoft Excel (e.g., opening a workbook, inserting a row, choosing font and size, designing cells as currency, using copy, paste, and save capabilities, adjusting text, choosing cells, renaming a worksheet, inserting a section, choosing a chart style, inserting a worksheet, setting margins, choosing page orientation, using spell check or printing worksheets).
  • Essential level expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint (e.g., inserting, modifying, saving, and deleting slides, navigating between slides, expanding list level, adding, focusing, and altering text, changing views, inserting a table or a note, moving items, printing slide view or running a slide show).
  • Essential level expertise in Microsoft Word (e.g., opening a document, cutting, pasting, and adjusting text, choosing font type and size, changing margins and section width, arranging, inserting images, pictures, and dates, using find and replace, fix, spell check, track changes, review sheet or printing capabilities).
