Key Responsibilities

As a Social Media Customer Support Specialist at Arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and comments on various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and more, in a timely and friendly manner.
  • Providing accurate and comprehensive solutions to customer inquiries, often collaborating with internal teams to gather information and resolve issues.
  • Monitoring social media channels for customer feedback and escalating issues to the appropriate departments when necessary, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintaining a positive and professional tone in all interactions while adhering to Arenaflex's brand voice and guidelines.
  • Keeping up-to-date with Arenaflex products, services, promotions, and events to provide accurate information to customers and stay ahead of the curve.
  • Analyzing customer feedback and providing insights to help improve our products and services, driving continuous growth and innovation.

Qualifications

To succeed as a Social Media Customer Support Specialist at Arenaflex, you'll need:

  • A strong passion for Arenaflex and its products, services, and culture, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a social media environment, with a track record of delivering exceptional results.
  • Excellent written communication skills, with a keen eye for grammar and a ability to adapt to different tone and style guidelines.
