Job Description
As a Customer Service Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, responsible for scheduling appointments to discuss their benefits and supporting them throughout the enrollment process. Your role will be to:
- Contact clients as their requests come in and schedule appointments to discuss their benefits
- Present benefits information to clients and answer any questions they may have
- Assist clients with enrolling in their preferred benefit package
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout the enrollment process
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any issues or concerns that may arise
