Your primary responsibility will be to respond to incoming messages from customers on our website, providing timely and accurate assistance with their queries. This may include answering questions about products, services, shipping rates, return policies, and inventory, as well as resolving any issues or concerns that may arise.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to live chat messages from customers on our website in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide accurate and helpful assistance with customer queries, including product information, shipping rates, return policies, and inventory
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets for customer satisfaction and resolution rates
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, customer service) preferred
