About the Role
As a Live Chat Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective support through online chat. You'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems to the appropriate department. Your excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and passion for helping others will make you an invaluable asset to our team.
Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through live chat, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues
- Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution, providing accurate and concise solutions
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for further assistance, ensuring seamless handovers and minimizing customer frustration
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, using our CRM system to track and analyze customer behavior
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies, ensuring that you're always equipped to provide expert support and guidance
Key Qualifications
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proven track record of resolving complex issues and finding creative solutions
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, managing multiple customer interactions and transactions simultaneously
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, with a strong understanding of customer-centric principles and best practices
- Proficiency in typing and computer skills, with experience using live chat support software (e.g. Zendesk, Freshdesk)
Preferred Qualifications
* 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field, with a strong understanding of customer behavior and preferences

- Familiarity with CRM systems and data analysis, with the ability to track and analyze customer behavior
