Job Summary:

As an Experienced Data Entry Operator (Remote) at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in processing inbound complaint system fulfillment, responding to various requests using our knowledge database and standard operating procedures (SOP), and navigating multiple computer systems and applications. Your primary responsibilities will include documenting each contact in a database, performing other duties as assigned, and adhering to strict guidelines and procedures, including privacy guidelines when accessing secure systems.

Key Responsibilities:

* Processes inbound complaint system fulfillment with accuracy and efficiency

• Utilizes a knowledge database and follows standard operating procedures (SOP) to respond to various requests from clients and stakeholders
• Navigates multiple computer systems and applications, including arenaflex's proprietary software, to access and update relevant information
• Documents each contact in a database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
• Performs other duties as assigned by management, including special projects and initiatives
• Maintains a high level of data entry accuracy, adhering to arenaflex's quality standards and guidelines
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes

Essential Qualifications:

* High School diploma or GED and at least 3 years of professional experience in data entry or a related field

• Associates Degree and at least 1 year of professional experience in data entry or a related field
• Bachelors Degree in a related field (e.g., business, computer science, or information technology)
• Active Public Trust Security clearance, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Excellent attention to detail, with a strong focus on data entry accuracy and quality
• Ability to follow documented guidelines and procedures, including strict adherence to privacy guidelines when accessing secure systems
• Efficient typing skills (40 WPM) and computer skills, including experience with:

+ Outlook + MS Word + Excel

• Strong time management skills and dependability, with the ability to meet daily quotas and required goals or deadlines
• Ability to work an 8-hour shift between the hours of operation (8am-8pm, Monday through Friday), based on business needs

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

• Familiarity with arenaflex's proprietary software and systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Experience with data analysis and reporting, with the ability to provide insights and recommendations
