The Opportunity

We're looking for a solution-based SALES representative with strong CUSTOMER SERVICE skills who can showcase and upsell products, think on their feet, and adapt to individual calls. As a liaison, you'll resolve emerging problems with accuracy and efficiency by leveraging product knowledge and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service/Sales Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing large amounts of incoming calls and generating sales leads.
  • Identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and building sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
  • Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools.
  • Meeting personal and customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas.
  • Handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits, and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Taking the extra mile to engage customers and provide exceptional experiences.

Qualifications and Experience

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 3+ years of experience in Sales and Customer Service roles with customer-facing responsibilities.
  • The ability to work independently and be trustworthy.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task and exercise independent judgment.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and CRM applications.
  • Bilingualism is considered an asset.
  • Customer Service/Sales experience of at least 3 years.
  • A strong desire to learn and grow, with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.

Other Details

* This is a full-time or part-time position that requires all work shift availability, including nights and weekends.

  • Providing daycare or homeschooling on a regular basis for children or other dependents is NOT permitted.
  • The chosen applicant will be required to successfully complete background and employment reference checks.
  • Training starts immediately, and hours of operation are M-F 8 Am-8 Pm, Sat. 10 Am-7 Pm, Sun 1 Pm-4 Pm EST.

Work from Home Office Requirements

To ensure a productive and distraction-free work environment, you'll need to:

  • Reside in the Continental United States and be a US citizen.
  • Designate a workspace free from noise and other distractions.
  • Have a remote office internet connection with high-speed internet access (not a hotspot).
  • Use a PC or Laptop (not a Chromebook or Mac) with at least 8GB Ram and a screen resolution of at least 1024 x 768.
  • Have a headset (not mandatory).
