Job Description

As a REMOTE Inbound Customer Service Agent with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients' customers via phone. You'll answer questions, resolve issues, and provide solutions to our clients' customers, all while working from the comfort of your own home. We're looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional service, have excellent communication skills, and are able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

* Answer customer calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner

• Resolve customer issues and provide solutions to customer problems
• Provide product and service information to customers
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members as needed
• Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
• Work independently with minimal supervision
• Maintain accurate records and reports as required

Essential Qualifications:

* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Quiet home office environment or somewhere quiet to work
• Must be over 18 years of age
• A computer with high-speed internet (Windows 7 or better)
• A working headset (with a microphone) that can be used with your computer
• Ability to perform work without supervision

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience in a call center or sales organization

• Experience working with customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
