Our Customer Service Team

Our Customer Service representatives are the face of arenaflex, and we're looking for individuals who share our passion for delivering exceptional service. As a member of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive the highest quality of service, from resolving billing inquiries and general issues to providing timely and effective support via phone, email, and live chat.

Responsibilities

As an Experienced Part-time Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Assisting customers with billing inquiries and general issues related to Internet purchases
• Issuing membership cancellations
• Fielding in-bound calls with a courteous and pleasant demeanor
• Responding to customer emails and live chat requests
• Multitasking and adapting to changes in a fast-paced environment

• Must be over 18 years of age
