About the Role

As an Experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be working from home and interacting with customers via inbound and outbound calls, as well as through the internet. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service support and resolve routine problems and questions related to our clients' products and services.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide customer service support via inbound and outbound calls, as well as through the internet

  • Assist customers in resolving technical issues and answering questions related to our clients' products and services
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of our clients' products and services, including smartphones, tablets, computers, and portable devices
  • Propose additional products and services to customers
  • Provide expert customer experiences with a smile

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Associate's degree, bachelor's degree, or technology certification
  • Fluency in both French and English (written, spoken, and read)
  • 1+ year of experience in customer service
  • High school diploma or GED
  • A quiet and distraction-free home environment
  • Ability to multitask quickly
  • Desire to learn new technologies
  • Strong computer navigation skills and knowledge of computers
  • A desktop or laptop computer for testing on PC and internet; a work computer may be provided, but is not guaranteed (will be discussed in detail with a recruiter)
  • High-speed internet (not wireless/hotspots/satellite) and a smartphone
