Job Summary
As an Online Chat Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and support through online chat platforms. You'll be the face of our company, providing empathetic and professional assistance to clients from the comfort of your own home. Responsibilities
As an Online Chat Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
- Expressing genuine empathy and concern for customers' issues and addressing them with the same care and attention you would give to a close friend or family member
- Answering, evaluating, and prioritizing requests from customers with questions or experiencing problems with services or products
- Identifying high-risk customer situations and escalating them to management without hesitation
- Keeping up with multiple chats at a time, ensuring that all customers receive prompt and personalized attention
- Accurately documenting all required information and chat details in our ticketing system
- Responding to and resolving open issues in a timely and professional manner
- Identifying trends related to systems, platforms, and/or customers and escalating them to management as needed
- Multi-tasking using multiple systems, including our CRM and ticketing software
- Skillfully transitioning from one task to another without losing efficiency or composure
- Maintaining punctuality and attendance at all scheduled times, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Strong written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally
- An empathetic approach to client interactions, with a genuine desire to assist and support
- The ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously while maintaining high service standards
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
