Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative on our Amazon chat support team, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer experiences through live chat on our platform. You'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions in a timely and professional manner. Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, providing timely and accurate responses to their questions and concerns

  • Assist customers with product questions, order issues, and general inquiries, resolving problems and providing solutions in a professional and courteous manner
  • Troubleshoot complex issues and provide feedback to improve customer service processes
  • Update customer information in our database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement process improvements, ensuring that our customer service standards are consistently met

Requirements

* High-speed internet connection

  • Basic typing skills (at least 40 wpm)
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or chat support environment

  • Experience with Amazon's platform or similar e-commerce systems
  • Knowledge of customer service software and tools, such as Zendesk or Freshdesk
  • Certification in customer service or a related field

Skills and Competencies

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
