Job Summary
As a Senior Manager, Demand Planning, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing demand planning strategies that drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and reduce costs. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions. Your expertise will be essential in developing and maintaining accurate demand plans, forecasting sales, and managing inventory levels.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain accurate demand plans, forecasts, and inventory levels across all product categories
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement demand planning strategies that drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and partners
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to inform business decisions and drive strategic growth
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other analytics tools to support demand planning and business decision-making
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure arenaflex remains competitive and innovative
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain management, or a related field
- Proven track record of developing and implementing demand planning strategies that drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience with demand planning software, such as Anaplan or SAP, and other analytics tools
- Strong understanding of inventory management, supply chain optimization, and logistics
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain management, or a related field
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders and priorities
- Strong knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
- Certification in demand planning, supply chain management, or a related field
Skills and Competencies
