Job Summary

As an Experienced Full Stack Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, handling data entry tasks, and resolving issues in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our patients and customers receive the highest level of care and support. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to patients and customers via phone, email, and chat

  • Handle high-volume customer calls, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner
  • Enter accurate and timely data into our pharmacy systems, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations
  • Investigate and resolve missing prescription data, deciphering clinical truncations (SIG codes) as needed
  • Settle all data entry-related exceptions, working closely with our team to resolve issues
  • Handle correspondence with patients, including inbound calls, visits, and messages
  • Settle outbound decisions to prescribers and patients on a case-by-case basis
  • Provide support to pharmacists, both in-office and remotely, identifying and escalating issues to senior-level staff as needed
  • Obtain a dynamic pharmacist license or certification within the first 90 days, and maintain a current license or certification

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Essential level computer skills, including:

+ Starting and closing a computer + Using a mouse to point and click + Starting and closing programs + Switching between programs + Saving files + Printing documents + Accessing data online

  • Essential web browsing skills, including:

+ Opening a program + Composing URLs in the correct location + Using a web search engine + Bookmarking a website + Navigating using back/forward/stop buttons + Completing online forms

  • Middle-of-the-road keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, organizing files)
  • Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
  • 18 years old or older

Preferred Qualifications

* At least 1 year of pharmacy experience in a retail or call center environment

  • At least 1.5 years as a pharmacy technician with a declaration/enrollment by the state as conceded by the State Board for Pharmacies or broadly perceived certification office
  • Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services and assessing customer satisfaction
  • Middle-of-the-road to cutting-edge level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, organizing files)
  • Familiarity with Spanish and English
