Job Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and operational support to our customers and internal teams. Your primary duties will include:

  • Data entry and management: Accurately and efficiently enter customer data, orders, and other information into our systems and databases.
  • Customer service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service through various communication channels.
  • Operational support: Assist internal teams with tasks such as order processing, inventory management, and reporting.
  • Quality assurance: Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across all systems and databases.
  • Process improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

* Data entry and management: + Enter customer data, orders, and other information into our systems and databases. + Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across all systems and databases.

  • Customer service:

+ Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service through various communication channels. + Escalate complex issues to senior customer service representatives or management as needed.

  • Operational support:

+ Assist internal teams with tasks such as order processing, inventory management, and reporting. + Provide support for special projects and initiatives as needed.

  • Quality assurance:

+ Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across all systems and databases. + Identify and report any discrepancies or errors in data entry or customer service.

  • Process improvement:

+ Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity. + Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement process improvements.

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, computer science, healthcare administration).

  • 2+ years of experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Experience with data entry software and systems (e.g., CRM, ERP).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the healthcare industry or a related field.

  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting.
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR)).
  • Fluency in multiple languages (e.g., English, Hausa, Yoruba).
