Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for inputting and updating information in our database with accuracy and efficiency. This role is ideal for those who are detail-oriented, have excellent organizational skills, and are looking to work from the comfort of their own home.
Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for:
- Inputting and updating data into our database with accuracy and efficiency
- Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors and correcting any incompatibilities
- Generating reports, storing completed work in designated locations, and performing backup operations
- Maintaining data confidentiality and security
- Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed
- Collaborating with our team to ensure that all data is entered correctly and timely
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and data programs
- Experience with administrative and clerical tasks
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent typing skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Reliable internet connection and a computer
Preferred Qualifications
