Responsibilities:
As a member of our Remote Chat Support team, you'll have the following responsibilities:
- Provide real-time chat support to arenaflex customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues promptly and efficiently.
- Document customer interactions and troubleshooting steps to ensure that issues are resolved and customer satisfaction is maintained.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Follow arenaflex policies and procedures to ensure that customer interactions are handled in a fair and consistent manner.
- Stay updated with arenaflex products, services, and promotions to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve customer experience and resolve complex issues.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have the following qualifications and skills:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Strong written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Ability to type at least 40 words per minute, with accuracy and speed.
- Reliable internet connection and access to a quiet and dedicated workspace.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with navigating the internet.
- Customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
