Job Summary

We're seeking a detail-oriented and organized Remote Part-Time Data Entry Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our database management team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our database by entering new and updated customer and account information. Your ability to work efficiently and accurately will help us increase our productivity and better serve our clients.

Responsibilities

As a Remote Part-Time Data Entry Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Preparing, compiling, and sorting documents for data entry
• Checking source documents for accuracy
• Verifying data and correcting data where necessary
• Updating data and deleting unnecessary files
• Entering data from source documents into prescribed computer database
• Checking completed work for accuracy
• Maintaining logbooks or records of activities and tasks
• Responding to requests for information and accessing relevant files
