Experienced Data Analyst – Quantitative Research and Business Insights

Key Responsibilities:
* Direct data analysis to make business or product recommendations (i.e., cost savings, investment opportunities, determining, influence analysis)
- Deliver successful presentations of findings and recommendations to various levels of stakeholders, creating visual presentations of quantitative data
- Create and automate reports, iteratively build and model dashboards to provide insights at scale, addressing for scientific needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to understand their business needs, identify and complete analysis that includes data collection, analysis, continuous scaled expectations, and presentations
- Assist arenaflex in focusing on key decisions to improve products and services
Essential Qualifications:
* Currently pursuing a Graduate degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Sciences, etc.)
- Experience working with statistical packages (e.g., R, SAS, Stata, MATLAB, etc.)
- Experience articulating business questions, extracting data from datasets (SQL), and using insights to arrive at a response
Preferred Qualifications:
* Currently enrolled in a graduate program in the US and available to work full-time for a significant period beyond college term time
- In their penultimate academic year or returning to a graduate program after completion of the entry-level position
- Ability to interpret research results into business recommendations
- Interest and ability to work with data, statistics, analysis, and patterns, and applied data on estimation, insights, and program assessment
- Excellent critical thinking and written/verbal communication skills, with outstanding business judgment
Skills and Competencies:
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong understanding of statistical concepts and data analysis techniques
- Proficiency in statistical software packages (e.g., R, SAS, Stata, MATLAB, etc.)
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
