Job Summary

We're seeking experienced Remote Live Chat Support Agents to join our team. As a Remote Live Chat Support Agent, you'll be responsible for providing prompt and courteous support via live chat to customers. You'll assist customers with product inquiries, order issues, and general questions, and resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary. You'll also document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
