Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional service to our customers. Whether assisting with billing inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, or guiding customers through product features, you'll be the friendly voice that represents arenaflex. Key Responsibilities

* Answering incoming calls and directing customers to the relevant support channels

  • Scheduling service requests and dispatching technicians as needed
  • Providing office support and performing administrative tasks such as scanning and filing
  • Utilizing Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, to manage customer interactions and data
  • Working accurately in a fast-paced environment and multitasking to meet customer needs

Essential Qualifications
