Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Handling inbound calls efficiently and professionally, ensuring that customers receive prompt and effective solutions to their queries
- Resolving customer issues in accordance with company guidelines, demonstrating a deep understanding of our products and services
- Multitasking across multiple applications in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing your time effectively
- Maintaining excellent verbal and written communication skills, ensuring that all interactions with customers are clear, concise, and respectful
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- A desktop or laptop with Windows 11 or higher (no Chromebooks or MacBooks)
- A friendly, social personality with excellent communication skills
- Self-motivation and a strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Previous call center experience (preferred), but not essential
Compensation & Benefits
As a valued member of our team, you can expect:
- Competitive hourly pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
- Comprehensive health benefits after 90 days of employment

Schedule
As a part-time Customer Service Representative, you'll work a flexible schedule that includes:
- Monday-Friday: 4pm-6pm
- Saturdays: 8am-8pm
- Weekends and holidays may be required, but we'll work with you to ensure that your schedule meets your needs
