What You'll Do in This Role

As a Customer Service Representative (Healthcare) - Remote, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing inbound customer support and helping customers resolve technical issues
• Assisting in correcting or adjusting healthcare-related concerns
• Assessing all in-bound calls to accurately and efficiently address members' needs by maintaining a strong customer focus
• Being patient and compassionate while working as a team player and using all your available resources to provide the best outcome to the member
• Being efficient in navigating multiple systems
• Delivering expert customer experiences...with a smile

Your Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A passion for helping others and strong customer service orientation
• Minimum 6 months customer service experience
• Verifiable High School diploma or GED
• Basic computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
• Proficiency in fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
• Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence
