What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

As a Part-time Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to and Resolving Inbound Customer Requests: Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries related to bank products and services.
  • Building and Maintaining Customer Relationships: Foster strong relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.
  • Assessing and Prioritizing Customer Inquiries: Use your analytical skills to assess and prioritize customer inquiries based on urgency, ensuring that critical issues are addressed promptly.
  • Serving as a Liaison between Customers and Other Bank Departments: Act as a liaison between customers and other bank departments, facilitating communication and resolving issues efficiently.

What's Required (Qualifications)

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • High School Diploma or GED: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a strong foundation in communication, problem-solving, and customer service.
  • Minimum of One Year of Experience in Banking or Financial Services: A minimum of one year of experience in a customer service role within the banking or financial services industry is preferred.
  • Ability to Maintain Knowledge of Deposit, Loan, and Digital Banking Services: Stay up-to-date on the latest banking products and services, including deposit, loan, and digital banking solutions.
  • Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Proficiency in Using Microsoft Office Products and Standard Office Equipment: Be proficient in using Microsoft Office products and standard office equipment, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
