Why Join arenaflex? * Competitive total compensation package, including: + Salary up to $20.00 per hour + Comprehensive benefits, including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and Short Term Disability + Company match on 401K and Stock Purchase Plan * Opportunity for career advancement and growth within the organization * Remote work position with a requirement to live within 50 miles of a WM Center Site * Collaborative and dynamic work environment with a team of experienced professionals What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Fielding customer service inquiries and handling customer service transactions independently * Listening for and identifying opportunities to cross-sell additional products and services * Establishing customer accounts by negotiating and documenting service type, pricing, billing, and other required information * Supporting other service lines when required * Meeting or exceeding service and operational standards established for the call center What is Required (Qualifications): To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A high school diploma or G.E.D * One (1) year of previous customer service experience * High-speed internet (Minimum 50mbs download and 10mbs upload) * Excellent verbal, written, and analytical skills * Computer skills - MS Office How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): If you have: * Bilingual in Spanish * Experience in sales and retention * Previous experience in a call center environment * Ability to speak multiple languages * Experience in the waste management industry You'll be well-positioned to excel in this role and take your career to the next level.
