Key Responsibilities
As a Virtual Customer Support Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for guiding clients through the research and booking process, ensuring they have a seamless and enjoyable experience. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with clients to understand their travel preferences and requirements, offering expert advice on suitable destinations, transportation options, travel dates, costs, and accommodations.
- Planning and arranging transportation, accommodations, travel insurance, and additional services as needed to create comprehensive travel itineraries.
- Utilizing effective communication and sales techniques to present clients with appealing travel packages, including event tickets, hotel stays, airline reservations, and car rentals.

Qualifications
