Key Responsibilities:
* Answering customer questions and resolving their issues swiftly and professionally
- Assisting customers in understanding our products and services
- Documenting customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments

- Collaborating with the customer service team to ensure excellent service standards
Requirements:
* High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service role would be advantageous
